New solo Exhibition Next Thursday!

This work was produced over my one month residency in Berlin, at the Institute Für Alles Mögliche this summer.
During my stay I felt drawn to people and the way they can be judged in many ways, for example; by the manner in which they dress, or the posture they make. I started by collecting imagery from around Berlin, to make this series “Ich Bin”.
The blank faces give the viewer a sense of ghostly, anonymous figures; with only their clothes to give them some identity.
By using blank old pages with this series, the viewer is not drawn away by any words that may be written, and solely have the person in front of them to tell you their story!
